We want you to love your purchase from us. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help!

Eligibility

  • Items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In the original packaging

Exchange

  • You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).
  • We will ship your replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.

Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  1. Email us at general@pottglasses.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the return process.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to our address.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • For hygiene reasons, lenses or customized prescription items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
