Eligibility
- Items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
Exchange
- You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).
- We will ship your replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.
Refund
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
- Email us at general@pottglasses.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the return process.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to our address.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- For hygiene reasons, lenses or customized prescription items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
