2. Detailed Eye Test & Explanation

Apart from the standard eye power check (subjective refraction), we do include slit-lamp examination whenever necessary for customers. It’s a key tool in determining contact lens fitting and detecting eye disease or abnormalities such as dry eyes, cataracts, etc. For very young children, fret not, we may use a retinoscope in measuring eye power for them.

During consultation in our optical stop, we provide comprehensive explanation regarding your eye test. You have the questions, we have the answers.

3. Warranty & Aftersales Service

We provide a 14 days glasses adaptation grace period. Should there be any changes in discomfort arises from the lens of the frame, we provide services in troubleshooting such as

• Glasses adjustment for a better wearing experience
• Redo eye test to verify the prescription and recheck the measurements
• Replacement of lens should there be a change in prescription and measurements.

Lens: 1-year warranty
which covers lens coating i.e crack coating or peeled coating.

Frame: 1-year warranty 
which covers manufacturing defects.

We provide free lifetime fitting and cleaning for any glasses purchased from us. So don’t worry about the maintenance, we have it covered!
