What do I need to place an order?

We would need your valid eyeglasses prescription and your pupillary distance (PD) to make your glasses. So we recommend you to give us the information of your current glasses. Should you find difficulties to remember your prescriptions, give your doctor/optical shop a call and they will provide you all the information. PD plays a vital role in making a pair of comfortable glasses. Your PD is the distance in millimetre between your pupils, and helps us centre your prescription correctly in your frames. In the event that your doctor did not include your PD in your prescription, you can measure it using this way. Follow the steps in this link. (It’s simple.) We highly recommend you to gather all the information before making orders.

Once you have the information, you can fill it in at the checkout page or you can either hand-write submit [email protected], and provide the order number.
